Netcall PLC - Bedford-based customer engagement software provider - Expects revenue to grow 12% to £30.5 million in the financial year that ended June 30 from £27.2 million the year before. Expects adjusted earnings before interest, tax, depreciation, and amortization to grow by 20% to £6.4 million from £5.3 million. Says the results will be ahead of market expectations, as believes that consensus market expectations is revenue of £29.8 million and adjusted Ebitda of £6.0 million. Attributes this to good demand across its product portfolio. Says its cloud offering grew ‘strongly’ and anticipates cloud revenue to increase by 30% to £10.7 million from £8.3 million.

‘The group's strong trading momentum coupled with a robust balance sheet, growing recurring revenues and advanced digital solutions, provide the board with confidence in the group's continued success,’ Chief Executive Henrik Bang says.
