Costain Group PLC - Maidenhead, England-based infrastructure construction firm - Expects interim and full-year revenue ahead of expectations in 2022. Attributes this to ‘inflation recovery mechanisms’ put into contracts. Continues to expect ‘good’ year-on-year revenue growth.

Says adjusted operating profit for the first half will be in line with its expectations. Net cash as at June 30 amounts to £95 million and is ahead of market expectations. Expects the adjusted operating margin for the first half to be flat, year-on-year. Backs expectations for reported and adjusted operating profit for all of 2022.

Current stock price: 39.00 pence, up 12% on Wednesday
