Catenae Innovation PLC - Newcastle-based digital media and technology company - Submits a counterclaim of £290,000 against claims made by minority shareholders in its subsidiary Hyperneph Software Ltd. Adds it will continue to defend against the claim.
Company expects to publish its results for the financial year that ended September 30, 2021 and its interim results for the six months that ended March 31, 2022, by October 1. Expects shares to be restored to trading on AIM following the publication of these results.
