Regional REIT Ltd, up 3.2% at 125.91 pence, 12-month range 80.31p-286.15p. The commercial property investor sees shares rise, after a bad start to 2024. In the year-to-date, the stock has plummeted 43%.

SMALL-CAP - LOSERS

Ricardo PLC, down 4.8% at 491.00p, 12-month range 394.01p-540.00p. The global strategic, environmental and engineering consulting company sees its shares fall, amid a slow start to 2024. In the year-to-date, the stock is down 0.4%, with investors lacking direction.

RM Infrastructure Income PLC, down 0.5% at 74.00p, 12-month 67.00p-80.20p. RM Infrastructure Income is moving towards ‘managed wind-down’ of company, but had invested in loans to infrastructure assets. It says its net asset value at June 30 was £103,285, down from £104,516 at December 31. NAV per share falls to 87.84p from 88.88p. It also says it will pay out a dividend of 3.25p, down from 6.50p.
