Roadside Real Estate PLC - Abingdon, England-based investor in roadside property - Executive Chair Charles Dickson buys 2.7 million shares at an average price of 30.77 pence, worth GBP830,667, on Wednesday. Dickson now has a 25.7% stake in the company.

Pantheon Resources PLC - oil and gas exploration in the North Slope of Alaska - Non-Executive Director Jeremy Brest buys 1.1 million shares at GBP0.69, worth GBP750,554, on Tuesday. Brest now has 3.8 million shares, a 0.3% stake.

Filtronic PLC - Durham, England-based maker of products for aerospace, defence, space and telecommunications industries - Chief Financial Officer Michael Tyerman sells 336,000 shares at 112.13p, worth GBP376,740, on Wednesday. Tyerman retains 398,663 shares, a 0.2% stake. Chief Executive Officer Nat Edington buys 87,400 shares at 114.4p on Tuesday, his only holding. Edington joined Filtronic in May last year.

Tullow Oil PLC - oil and gas producer in West Africa - Non-Executive Director Roald Goethe buys 1.1 million shares at 14.60 pence to 17.11p, worth GBP171,400, on Tuesday and Wednesday. On Tuesday, Tullow Oil said profit multiplied in 2024, despite lower revenue. On Monday, it said it agreed to sell its assets in Gabon to Gabon Oil Co for USD300 million in cash.

Science Group PLC - Cambridge, England-based science, engineering and technology business consultancy and investor - Executive Chair Martyn Ratcliffe buys 20,000 shares at 429p and 436p, worth GBP86,500, on Tuesday and Wednesday. Ratcliffe now has 9.5 million shares, a 21.2% stake.

Synthomer PLC - London-based developer of specialised polymers - Chair Peter Hill buys 50,000 shares at GBP1.16, worth GBP58,000, on Tuesday.

Insig AI PLC - London-based data science and machine learning - CEO Richard Bernstein buys 150,000 shares at 19.5p, worth GBP29,250, on Wednesday. Now has 23.9 million shares, a 19.9% stake.

Sareum Holdings PLC - Cambridge, England-based biotechnology company focused on autoimmune disease and cancer - Executive Chair Stephen Parker buys 84,033 shares at an average price of 11.9p, worth GBP10,000, on Wednesday. Now interested in 405,045 shares, a 0.3% stake.
