Investment objective

The return on the ETP Securities is linked to the performance of the LS Coinbase Options-Based Income Strategy. The Investment Strategy seeks to generate monthly income by buying Coinbase Global, Inc. (COIN) shares, selling 'out-of-the-money' call options on Coinbase Global, Inc. (COIN) and paying a return on the premia collected. The ETP Securities aim to harvest yields, while retaining upside exposure to Coinbase Global, Inc. (COIN) up to the options' strike price.
