Investment objective

The investment objective of the Fund is to achieve the net total return performance of the MSCI USA Index (the "Reference Index") less fees, expenses and transaction costs. The Reference Index is a free float-adjusted, market capitalisation-weighted index designed to measure equity market performance in the US. The Reference Index provides a representation of 10 industry sectors with 612 constituents.
