Hunting PLC - London-based energy services - Richard Hunting will retire as non-executive director at the end of the annual general meeting on April 20. He was executive chair from 1991 until moving to non-executive chair in 2011 and then non-executive director in 2017. He joined the company in 1972 and the board when it became a PLC in 1989. Hunting said that, as chair, Richard Hunting led the company's transformation from a conglomerate - with aviation, defence and energy interests - into a focused upstream energy services group. The company was founded as an oil business by Charles Samuel Hunting in 1890.
