Oxford Cannabinoid Technologies Holdings PLC - pharmaceutical company developing prescription cannabinoid medicines - Receives letter from Gavin Sathianathan, chair and CEO of GHS Capital Ltd, holder of 78.1 million shares in Oxford Cannabinoid, reflecting an 8.1% stake.

Letter requests a general meeting be convened to propose the removal of Neil Mahapatra, Julie Pomeroy, John Lucas, Cheryl Dhillon, Bishrut Mukherjee and Richard Hathaway as directors.

In addition, at the meeting, the shareholder will table a resolution proposing the appointment of James Brodie, Richard Bedford and Richard Grethe.

Oxford will call a general meeting within 21 days of receiving a valid requisition.
