Hargreaves Lansdown PLC - Bristol-based fund retail investment platform - Chief Financial Officer Amy Stirling buys 9,126 shares at 1,085.77 pence to 1,092.41p, worth GBP99,421, on Tuesday. Stirling joined Hargreaves on Monday, having been CFO of the Virgin Group and a board member of Virgin Money UK PLC. On Tuesday, Hargreaves reported interim results that sent it shares down 15% that day. In the six months to December 31, pretax profit slumped 20% to GBP151.2 million from GBP188.4 million, as revenue slipped to GBP291.1 million from GBP299.5 million.
