Various Eateries PLC - London-based chain of restaurants, clubhouses and hotels such as Coppa Club - Pretax loss in financial year that ended October 3 was £3.7 million, narrowed from £14.4 million year before, as revenue rises 36% to £22.3 million from £16.5 million. Says trading has been encouraging so far in new financial year, with sales from Coppa Club sites outside of London up 25% in the four weeks since 'Plan B' virus measures were lifted. ‘This trend underpins our positive expectations for the future, and with more new site openings on the horizon,’ says Executive Chair Andy Bassadone.
