Kerry Group PLC - Tralee, Ireland-based nutrition products - Senior Independent Non-Executive Director Hugh Brady buys 3,600 shares at €96.80 and €97.08, worth €348,788, on Monday and Tuesday.

Vaalco Energy Inc - Houston-based producer and explorer in Gabon and Equatorial Guinea - Non-Executive Director Andrew Fawthrop sells 35,000 shares at average $5.53, worth $193,550, on Monday.

Smart Metering Systems PLC - Glasgow-based energy infrastructure, such as meters, grid-scale batteries and carbon reduction assets - Chief Executive Officer Tim Mortlock buys 13,717 shares at 729.04 pence, worth £100,003, on Tuesday. He now has 21,202 shares. Mortlock took over as CEO from Alan Foy at the start of this month.

Restaurant Group PLC - Wagamama and Frankie & Benny's chain owner - Non-Executive Chair Ken Hanna buys 100,000 shares at £0.77, worth £77,000, on Wednesday. Restaurant Group on Wednesday said it narrowed its annual loss despite 2021 being heavily impacted by Covid-19 restrictions, which prevented sit-down dining in the first part of the year.

Prudential PLC - London-based insurer and asset manager focused on Asia and Africa - Non-Executive Director Amy Yip buys 7,291 shares at £9.88, worth £71,999, on Tuesday. Non-Executive Director Jeanette Wong buys 9,600 shares at HK$106.62, worth HK$1.0 million, about £99,957, also on Tuesday.

SRT Marine Systems PLC - Bath-based provider of maritime surveillance - CEO Simon Tucker buys 36,405 shares at 34.30p, worth £12,487. Now has 2.9 million shares, a 1.6% stake. Last week, SRT raised 4.9 million in a placing of new shares at 30p.
