essensys PLC - London-based software and cloud services for flexible workspace industry - Chief Executive Officer Mark Furness buys 350,000 shares at average 74.58 pence, worth £261,025, on Thursday. Furness now is interested in 19.7 million shares, a 31% stake, while the concert party of which he is a member has a 38% stake. essensys shares are down 68% since the start of March, following a trading update for the half-year that ended January 31, in which it warned of extended sales cycles leading to lower-than-anticipated sales bookings in the year to date.

Current stock price: 78.56 pence, up 6.2% on Friday
