Kape Technologies PLC - Isle of Man-based digital security and privacy software provider - Ran Greenberg and Ariel Hochstadt each sell 2.8 million shares in Kape at £3.80, worth £21.2 million in total, on Tuesday. Greenberg and Hochstadt are the co-founders of Webselenese Ltd, a consumer privacy and security content business bought by Kape in March last year. The pair were issued shares as part of the $149.1 million purchase price, giving them a 5.4% stake in Kape at the time.

Current stock price: 397.89 pence, down 1.8% Wednesday
