British Honey Co PLC - Buckinghamshire-based spirits and honey producer - Plans to rename itself Union Distillers PLC to reflect an expanding product range. The announcement comes as the Aquis Stock Exchange-listed company raises £540,000 in new equity and appoints Mark Jones as its permanent chief executive officer, having served as interim CEO since October. Places 675,000 new shares at 80 pence each. Net proceeds of £475,000 will be used for general working capital to fund product expansion. Will release 2021 results in April and says it has made a good start to the current year, with an encouraging order book.

Current stock price: 91p for £15.0 million market capitalisation
