IN BRIEF: K3 Business Tech narrows annual loss; 2022 outlook confident

K3 Business Technology Group PLC - Warwickshire, England-based software company focused on the fashion industry - Narrows pretax loss from continuing operations to £8.8 million in the year ended November 30. In the previous year, K3 reported a pretax loss of £20.9 million. Revenue rises 3.4% to £45.3 million from £43.8 million the prior year. In line with the previous year, K3 does not declare a dividend. Looking forward, company says its focus is on cash generation and recurring income.

Chiar Tom Crawford says: ‘The group is now financially stronger and better placed to take advantage of the significant market opportunities we have identified across our core areas of activity. Our post year-end acquisition of Sustainability-focused software developer ViJi is a signal of our ambitions to extend our existing solutions to address the exciting new opportunities we have identified.’
