EXECUTIVE CHANGES: SThree confirms German region chief Lehne as CEO

The following is a round-up of London-listed company director and manager changes announced on Thursday and not separately reported by Alliance News:

SThree PLC - specialist recruitment for science, technology, engineering and mathematics - Confirms Timo Lehne as permanent chief executive officer, effective immediately. Lehne has been interim CEO since January, having previously been senior managing director of SThree's largest region - Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

Europa Oil & Gas Holdings PLC - oil and gas exploration, development, and production in UK, Ireland and Morocco - Hires Will Holland as chief financial officer and executive director, starting June 1. Holland is a financier with 25 years experience in the upstream oil industry, Europa notes. He has been consulting for Europa since November but will now join full-time.

AEX Gold Inc - gold and strategic mineral assets mining in southern Greenland - Promotes Liane Kelly to senior independent director, effective immediately, having joined the board back in August.

Greencare Capital PLC - invests in medicinal cannabis, cannabidiol and related wellness products - Richard Tonthat resigns as CEO ‘in order to pursue other business interests’, while Guy Winterflood steps down as non-executive director. Hires Dominic White to be non-executive chair and Martin Walton as independent non-executive director. All changes are effective immediately. White is executive chair of AQSE-listed Eight Capital Partners PLC.
