GCP Infrastructure Investments Ltd - Jersey, UK-based investment fund focused on UK infrastructure projects - Net asset value rises. For the quarter ended March 31, it rises to 112.75 pence per ordinary share from 100.78 a year ago. The firm made investments worth £6.2 million in total, up from £3.7 million. The investments of £6.2 million include the funding of the acquisition of a portfolio of anaerobic digestion projects for £5.7 million and advances of £400,000 to a domestic rooftop solar assets portfolio, GCP Infrastructure says.

‘The portfolio had a weight-adjusted average annualised yield of 7.9%, principal outstanding of £1.0 billion and an average life of 11 years,’ the firm explains.

Current stock price: 118.33 pence, up 0.1% on Friday
