Makes second purchase of 84,007 shares at average price of £12.56 each for total of £1.1 million, on Thursday. The value of both transactions totals £2.6 million. The shares are purchased on behalf of Gemsstock Master Fund and Gemsstock CAV Master LP, to be held by Gemsstock Ltd.

HSBC Holdings PLC - Asia focused bank - Non-Executive Director Geraldine Buckingham purchases 3,000 American Depositary Shares at $29.64 each, for total of $88,918, on the New York Stock Exchange on Thursday. Each ADS represents five HSBC ordinary shares of $0.50 each, it adds.
