Bank of Georgia Group PLC - Tbilisi, Georgia-based lender - Non-Executive Director Alasdair Breach buys 43,031 shares via Gemsstock Ltd at £12.68 and £13.47, worth £563,635, on Monday and on Friday last week. Breach had bought £3.6 million in Bank of Georgia shares back in early March.
