Bank of Georgia Group PLC - Tbilisi, Georgia-based lender - Non-Executive Director Alasdair Breach buys 50,252 shares via Gemsstock Ltd at £14.30 and £14.67, worth £727,947, on Tuesday and Wednesday. Breach had bought £563,635 in Bank of Georgia shares earlier this month and £3.6 million in March.

DCC PLC - Dublin-based sales, marketing and support services - Chief Executive Donal Murphy sells 5,685 shares and Chief Financial Officer Kevin Lucey sells 1,965 shares, both at £55.70 on Thursday and together worth about £426,000.

Creo Medical Group PLC - Chepstow, Wales-based medical devices for surgical endoscopy - Chief Financial Officer Richard Rees buys 70,000 shares at 96.75p, worth £67,725, on Thursday. Now has 73,615 shares.
