Pantheon International PLC - investment trust focused on private equity - Says Director John Singer chosen as chair, replacing Laurie Magnus who will be retiring following October's annual general meeting. Singer has been a director of Pantheon since 2016. ‘John has decades of private equity experience at the highest levels and his contributions to board deliberations are always thoughtful and well-informed, making him a strong and well qualified candidate to be recommended as Chair,’ says Senior Independent Director Mary Ann Sieghart.
