Sirius Real Estate Ltd - London and Johannesburg-listed property investor - Announces that Non-Executive Director Caroline Britton will succeed James Peggie as senior independent director, subject to her re-election at the company 2022 annual general meeting. Sirius also Monday reported a 3.2% rise in pretax profit to €168.9 million for the financial year that ended March 31, from €163.7 million in the prior year.
