Jardine Matheson Holdings Ltd - Hong Kong-based holding company with interests in retail, property, hotels and motor dealerships - Finance Director Graham Baker purchases 7,500 shares at a price of $53.06 each, and another 7,500 shares for $53.98, totalling $802,769 on Wednesday and Thursday. Company did not disclose how many shares Baker now holds.
