Bluejay Mining PLC - mineral exploration and development in Greenland and Finland - Says Executive Chair Roderick McIllree resigned from the board on Wednesday. The company accepts his resignation and as a consequence withdraws the resolution seeking his re-election at the annual general meeting held on Thursday. The company intends to start the search for a new chair and will make a further announcement in due course.

McIllree was the founding member of a number of mining ventures including Medusa Mining Ltd and Kingsrose Mining Ltd.

Current stock price: down 0.9% at 5.8 pence on Thursday
