Ninety One PLC and Ltd - Anglo-South African money manager with headquaters in Cape Town - Forty Two Point Two, a company associated with both Chief Executive Officer Hendrik du Toit and Chief Financial Officer Kim McFarland, buys 111,432 shares at £1.93 each - worth just over £215,063. The transaction took place on Wednesday.

Since June, Forty Two Point Two has scooped up around 4.9 million shares in various transactions at prices ranging from £1.92 to £2.15.
