Circle Property PLC - London-based buyer, developer and manager of regional office assets in UK - Posts a pretax profit of £5.8 million in the year ended March 31, swinging from a loss of £2.7 million the previous year. Cites a combination of operational profit and revaluation gains for the swing. Rental income falls 2.6% to £7.5 million from £7.7 million. Notes 5.5% like-for-like growth in property portfolio value from March 31, 2021. Net asset value per share rises to £2.81 at March 31 from £2.74 at the same time the previous year. Proposes final dividend of 3.5 pence, down from 4p a year prior. Total payout, however, increases to 7p per share from 6.5p the previous year.
