Gore Street Energy Storage Fund PLC - London-based fund investing in energy storage assets - As at March 31, net asset value per share is 107.1 pence, up 6.1% from 100.9p on the same date a year before. Net asset value total return in the financial year that ended March 31 is 13%, lower than 14% in financial 2021.
Net income for the annual period almost triples to £42.5 million from £14.6 million, while Gore Street Energy's portfolio increases to 668 megawatts, 52% higher from 440MW a year ago.
‘All operational Great Britain assets showed strong performance for the period: The average revenue per MW for the fiscal year was over 68% higher than the 2021 fiscal year average and 18% higher than internally forecasted for the period,’ Gore Street Energy Storage says.
Declares total dividend per share of 7.0p, unchanged from a year ago.
