Riverstone Credit Opportunities Income PLC - aims to generate returns by making loans to companies in energy sector - Says net asset value per share is 102.40 US cents at June 30, edging up from 101.92 cents at the end of December. Swings to total gain on investment of $167,000 in the first half of 2022, from a loss of $898,000 a year before. Pretax profit grows to $3.8 million from $2.6 million, as a result of income from its investment portfolio, and changes in the valuation of the portfolio, it says.

‘As we are faced with a strong energy market backdrop, we remain very optimistic about the investment opportunity set, given the market environment for energy investments is as strong as we have seen it since the IPO in May 2019,’ says Chair Reuben Jeffery.
