Nostrum Oil & Gas PLC - Nostrum Oil & Gas - Amsterdam-headquartered oil and gas company with operations in Kazakhstan - Reports quarter-on-quarter fall in earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation and revenue amid lower oil production. In the quarter to June 30, Ebitda falls to $28.4 million from $40.5 million a quarter ago. However, on annual basis, this marks rise from $26.0 million. Revenue drops 21% to $47.6 million from $60.2 million quarter-on-quarter, but rises 3.3% year-on-year.

Oil production after treatment in the six months to June 30 falls 22% to 14,167 barrels of oil equivalent per day from 18,107 a year ago. Daily sales volume in half-year decreases to 13,102 from 16,249 boepd.

Taking half-year figures, reports growth on 2021. Ebitda grows 30% to $68.8 million from $52.8 million. Revenue climbs 17% to $107.8 million from $92.3 million. Average realised Brent oil price during the six month period stands at $104.7 per barrel, up 61% from $65.2 a year ago.
