On the Beach Group PLC - Manchester-based beach-holiday travel agent - Founder and Chief Executive Officer Simon Cooper buys 1.5 million shares via Hawksford Trustees Jersey Ltd at 129.54 pence each, worth just under £2.0 million, on Friday in London. Cooper is now interested in 9.4 million shares, a 5.6% stake.
