Cake Box Holdings PLC - London-based egg-free cream cake seller - Chief Executive Officer Sukh Chamdal buys 225,000 shares at 121.85 pence, worth £274,163, on Wednesday. Chamdal now has 10.0 million shares, a 25% stake. Cake Box shares closed down 40% on Wednesday after warning that annual profit will be ‘significantly’ below market forecasts, as it struggles to pass on higher costs to franchisees. The stock was up 13% late Thursday at 141.80p.

Workspace Group PLC - London-based flexible office space provider - Chief Financial Officer Dave Benson buys 19,680 shares at 508.11p, worth £99,996, on Thursday.

Nanoco Group PLC - Manchester-based developer and manufacturer of cadmium-free quantum dots for displays and electronics - Lombard Odier Asset Management (Europe) Ltd sells 245,000 shares at 42.00p, worth £102,900, on Tuesday. Lombard Odier had sold 5 million shares back in July. Nanoco Non-Executive Director Henry Turcan is a fund manager at Lombard Odier, which has a 23% stake.
