Fair Oaks Income Ltd - Guernsey-based closed-ended investor in collateralised loan obligations - Net asset value at June 30 stands at $0.59 per share, down 12% from $0.67 at December 31, 2021. Return per share turns to negative 5.3% from positive 17% a year ago. Declares dividend of 5 US cents per 2021 share.

Citing its investment adviser's report on the European loan market, it says ‘borrowers likely to be impacted include those in sectors which consume petrochemicals, metals, cooking oils and wheat. Most of these companies have already seen input price inflation during the last nine months and generally had success in implementing price increases. This may become more difficult in an environment with more extreme price inflation of certain inputs and weaker consumer confidence.’
