Electric Guitar PLC - Reading-based data intelligence & integration digital marketing company - Appoints Sarfraz Munshi from Sanderson Capital Partners Ltd as a director, effective immediately.
‘The board believes that the company would benefit from increased access to deal flow in a very challenging market by utilising Munshi's skillsets as Sanderson's representative on the board,’ Electric Guitar says.
Financial services company Sanderson Capital Partners is the largest single shareholder in Electric Guitar with about 18% of the issued equity.
