B90 Holdings PLC - Isle of Man-based online marketing company - Receives request to convene extraordinary general meeting by ‘group of shareholders’. The shareholders propose removing Karim Peer as executive chair. ‘The board is perplexed by this requisition, which it believes will only serve to waste valuable company time and money. The board remains fully supportive of Karim Peer and are steadfast in our support for his leadership, as well as the current growth strategy articulated to shareholders,’ Senior Non-Executive Director Mark Rosman says. Group of shareholders also propose adding Ronny Breivik and Martin Fleisje. Breivik was in April hired as chief executive of main operating subsidiary B90 Ventures Ltd.
