Litigation Capital Management Ltd - Sydney-based litigation financing - Chair Jonathan Moulds buys 770,000 shares at 72.60 pence each, worth £559,020, on Friday last week. Chief Executive Officer Patrick Moloney buys 76,750 shares at 73.57p on Monday this week. Moulds now has 3.1 million shares, a 2.6% stake, while Moloney has 10.3 million shares, a 8.6% holding. Litigation Capital earlier last week had reported a 17% decline in pretax profit in the financial year that ended June 30, but a rise in revenue and assets under management.
