Litigation Capital Management Ltd - Sydney-based litigation financing - Chair Jonathan Moulds buys 770,000 shares at 72.60 pence each, worth £559,020, on Friday last week. Chief Executive Officer Patrick Moloney buys 76,750 shares at 73.57p on Monday this week. Moulds now has 3.1 million shares, a 2.6% stake, while Moloney has 10.3 million shares, a 8.6% holding. Litigation Capital earlier last week had reported a 17% decline in pretax profit in the financial year that ended June 30, but a rise in revenue and assets under management.

NatWest Group PLC - Edinburgh-based lender - Chief People & Transformation Officer Jen Tippin sells 194,333 shares at £2.60, worth £504,625, on Thursday last week.

S4 Capital PLC - London-based advertising agency - Non-Executive Director Rupert Faure Walker buys 98,408 shares at £1.56, worth £153,989, on Friday last week. Walker had bought 96,949 shares the day before. Now has 1.0 million shares, a 0.2% stake.
