Getech Group PLC - Leeds, England-based geo-energy and green hydrogen company - In six months to June 30, pretax loss widens to £1.2 million from £634,000 the previous year. Revenue, meanwhile, rises 11% to £2.7 million from £2.4 million. Administrative expenses rise to £2.9 million from £2.0 million. Reports a record orderbook value of £4.8 million at June 30, more than doubled from £2.2 million at the same time a year prior.

‘Getech continues to see escalating and widening demand for our industry-leading geoscience data and proprietary geospatial software. This is evidenced by sustained increases in revenue and rapid orderbook growth - both of which have continued to grow post period end. Inclusive of investment to extend the reach of our foundation products and services, they generated an H1 2022 cash profit,’ says Chief Executive Jonathan Copus.

Current stock price: 17.00 pence, up 1.5% in London on Wednesday afternoon
