British Land Co PLC on Monday said it signed a Los Mochis restaurant at 100 Liverpool Street at Broadgate in London, for an undisclosed amount.

The London-based property development and investment company explained that the 14,000 square foot Baja-Nihon restaurant will have a 3,000 square foot terrace and offer Mexican and Japanese food.

The restaurant, which British Land calls a ‘flagship’ is due to open in autumn 2023.

British Land shares were 0.2% lower at 350.00 pence each in London on Monday morning.
