VietNam Holding Ltd - Guernsey-based closed-end fund - Net asset value per share at June 30 $4.408, down from $4.60 at the same time a year prior. In the year to June 30, firm's NAV per share declined by 4.4%. This compared to a decline of 17% for Vietnam All Share Index. Swings to a net investment loss of $3.5 million in the year, from a profit of $104 million the previous year. Looking ahead, firm says the global mood remains ‘weak’ but notes some ‘encouraging’ signs in the rebound and growth of domestic tourism in Vietnam.

Separately, VietNam notes that Vindustrial Ltd has acquired a 51% shareholding in its investment manager, Dynam Capital ltd.
