M&G PLC - London-based investment manager - Incoming Chief Executive Officer Andrea Rossi buys 175,000 shares at £1.68, worth £293,125, and Chair Edward Braham buys 95,000 at £1.67, worth £158,460, both on Friday last week. Rossi joined M&G on Monday, replacing John Foley. He had been a senior adviser to Boston Consulting Group.

Oxford Nanopore Technologies PLC - Oxford, England-based company developing and selling nanopore sequencing products - Chief Strategy Officer James Willcocks sells 200,000 shares at $2.91 and $2.97, worth $588,166, on Wednesday and Thursday last week.

Persimmon PLC - York, England-based house builder - Chair Roger Devlin buys 20,000 shares at £12.64, worth £252,800, on Thursday last week. Now has 32,575 shares.

Arix Bioscience PLC - London-based venture capital investor in biotech firms - Chair Peregrine Moncreiffe buys 100,000 shares at 102.94p, worth £102,940, on Tuesday last week.
