Pennant International Group PLC - Cheltenham, England-based training technology and product support provider - Says Chair John Ponsonby has died after a short illness. Non-Executive Director Phil Cotton will be acting chair until a permanent appointment is made.

Chief Executive Officer Phil Walker says: "We are shocked and saddened by the news of John's passing. Since his appointment as a director on April 1, 2018, he has provided valuable challenge and insight, it was a pleasure to work with him and he will be much missed."

Ponsonby was appointed as chair in June last year. He was a former Royal Air Force air vice marshall
