Greencoat UK Wind PLC - London-based investment manager - Announces retirement of Shonaid Jemmett-Page with effect from conclusion of 2023 annual general meeting. Jemmett-Page has been chair since 2020, and non-executive director since 2012. Lucinda Riches will be appointed as chair following the 2023 AGM. She served as non-executive director since 2019, and was appointed as senior independent director earlier this year.
Chair Shonaid Jemmett-Page says: "I have greatly enjoyed being involved with Greencoat UK Wind since its listing. Over those 10 years the company has built a strong track record, and I am very confident that it will be in good hands with Lucinda Riches as my successor."
Lucinda Riches says: "On behalf of the board, I would like to thank Shonaid for her highly valued contribution to the company. I look forward to assuming my new role as chair from April next year."
Current stock price: 149.32 pence, up 3.0% in London on Monday
