Oakley Capital Investments Ltd - provides access to Oakley Capital Private Equity funds - Net asset value in the third quarter to September 30 increases. NAV per share grows 4.0% to 655 pence per share at September 30 from 630p at June 30. Total NAV return in the three months decreases to 4% from 17% in the first half of 2022 to June 30. Notes £46 million investments during the third quarter, compared to £68 million in the first half of 2022. Cash balance falls 49% to £49 million at September 30 from £97 million at June 30. Expects £153 million of cash proceeds from transactions announced to date, up 39% from £110 million a quarter ago.

Highlights Oakley Capital's August signing of an acquisition of testing platform Phenna Group and CTS Group, a UK infrastructure-focused provider of testing, inspection and geoengineering consulting services, and the reinvestment in September in Milan, Italy-based price comparison platform Facile.it. Oakley Capital Investments expects the transactions to complete in the fourth quarter and estimates a look-through investment from the acquisitions of around £115 million.
