Oakley Capital Investments Ltd - provides access to Oakley Capital Private Equity funds - Director Peter Dubens buys 158,950 shares at 378 pence each on Wednesday, in a transaction worth £600,831. As a result, he is interested in 18.2 million shares of the company, representing 10.34% stake in the company. Also on Wednesday, Director David Till acquires 140,200 shares at 378p, for a total of £529,956, giving him a 0.58% state in the issued share capital, with 1.0 million shares.
