Darktrace PLC - Cambridge, England-based cybersecurity - Chief Strategy Officer & AI Officer Nicole Eagan sells 1.3 million shares at 374.80p to 386.38p, worth £5.0 million, on Friday last week and on Monday and Tuesday this week.

Jadestone Energy PLC - Singapore-based oil and gas company with assets in Australia, Malaysia, Indonesia and Vietnam - Non-Executive Director David Neuhauser sells 692,000 shares at £0.72 to £0.75, worth £508,590, on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. He had sold 234,073 shares at £0.77, worth £179,736, on Thursday and Friday last week. Neuhauser now holds 31.4 million shares, a 6.9% stake, via Livermore Partners LLC.

Marlowe PLC - London-based business software and services - Non-Executive Director Charles Skinner buys 16,556 shares at 604p, worth £99,998, on Thursday. Marlowe on Wednesday had reported a 6.1% rise in pretax profit to £1.7m in the six months that ended September 30 from £1.6 million a year before, as revenue rose by 66% to £222.0 million from £134.5 million.
