Bank of Georgia Group PLC - Tbilisi-based investor in businesses in Georgia - Senior Independent Director David Morrison buys 35,000 shares at average £7.56, worth £264,477, on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday last week.

Georgia Capital PLC - Tbilisi-based lender - Non-Executive Director Alasdair Breach sells 107,878 shares from Gemsstock Ltd as investment manager to Gemsstock Master Fund and Gemsstock CAV Master LP at average £25.45, worth £2.7 million, on Friday last week. Breach via Gemmstock Ltd had bought £1.3 million in Bank of Georgia shares in May and £3.6 million in March.
