HealthBeacon PLC - Dublin-based digital therapeutics company developing project for managing injectable medications - Says Chief Financial Officer Laurence Flavin has informed the board of his intention to leave the company. Flavin will step down as executive director, CFO and company secretary within the next six months.

HealthBeacon says the process to appoint a successor is now underway. Flavin will work with the board to ensure an orderly transition.

Chief Executive Jim Joyce says: ‘Laurence has been a committed and professional colleague and I am very grateful to him for the significant contribution he has made to the business during his tenure. Laurence was instrumental in our successful [initial public offering] process last year and has built an excellent finance team that continues to serve the company very well. I wish Laurence every success and look forward to continuing to work with him during this transition period.’
