Georgia Capital PLC - Tbilisi-based investor in businesses in Georgia - Chief Financial Officer Giorgi Alpaidze sells 40,000 shares at £7.55, worth £302,000, on Wednesday. Retains 245,879 shares.

James Cropper PLC - paper products manufacturer based in Cumbria, England - Chair Mark Cropper sells 32,967 shares via AC Cropper Settlement at 910.0p, worth £300,000, on Thursday. Mark Cropper now has a beneficial holding of 1.8 million shares, a 19% stake. Mark Cropper and the Cropper family together hold 3.6 million shares, a 38% holding.

Lloyds Banking Group PLC - Edinburgh-based lender - Non-Executive Director Catherine Turner buys 424,113 shares at 46.92p, worth £198,993, on Wednesday.

Atrato Onsite Energy PLC - London-based renewable energy investment trust - Steve Windsor, a director of investment adviser Atrato Capital Ltd, buys 122,100 shares at 81.90 pence, worth £100,000.
