The following is a round-up of share dealings by London-listed company directors and managers announced on Monday and last week and not separately reported by Alliance News:

TBC Bank Group PLC - financial services in Georgia and Uzbekistan - Vakhtang Butskhrikidze, chief executive officer of JSC TBC Bank, sells 205,000 shares at average £22.01, worth £4.5 million, on Monday. Butskhrikidze had sold 45,000 shares last month.

Smurfit Kappa Group PLC - Dublin-based paper and packaging - Non-Executive Director James Lawrence sells 140,000 shares at $36.11, €34.59 and €34.77 on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday last week respectively. The disposals on the US OTC market and on Euronext Dublin are worth about $5 million in total.

Greencore Group PLC - Dublin-based convenience foods maker - CEO Dalton Philips buys 195,000 shares at £0.65, worth £126,653, on Thursday last week. Greencore on Tuesday last week reported a 43% rise in pretax profit to £39.8 million in the 12 months that ended September 30 from £27.8 million the year before, as revenue increased 31% to £1.74 billion from £1.32 billion. Philips took over as CEO back in September.

Renewables Infrastructure Group Ltd - Guernsey-based renewable energy infrastructure investor - Director Richard Morse buys 41,350 shares at £1.32, worth £54,582, on Tuesday last week.

Dunedin Enterprise Investment Trust PLC - investor in UK mid-market management buyouts - Director Angela Lane and associate David Lane sell 20,971 at £5.37, worth £112,651, on November 24 as part of the company’s tender offer.

Bank of Georgia Group PLC - Tbilisi-based lender - Non-Executive Director Alasdair Breach sells 83,345 shares from Gemsstock Ltd as investment manager to Gemsstock Master Fund and Gemsstock CAV Master LP at £25.09 and £25.40, worth £2.1 million, on Wednesday and Thursday last week.
