Warehouse REIT PLC - real estate investment trust focused on ’last mile’ industrial warehouses in urban areas of the UK - Completes four major new lettings totalling 121,400 square feet, which increases its portfolio occupancy to 93.3% from 92.7% as at September 30. The lettings were at properties in Rugby, Milton Keynes, Doncaster, and the Isle of Wight.

Paul Makin, investment advisor to Warehouse REIT, says: ‘As our continued strong leasing activity demonstrates, the UK warehouse occupier market remains in robust health, reflecting the breadth of tenant demand in a market beset by structural undersupply. Where rents remain affordable, particularly in the regions where the company’s portfolio is concentrated, there is no sign of this supply-demand imbalance easing.’

Current stock price: 108.48 pence, down 0.5% on Monday morning in London
